PAYMENT
We accept PayPal payment only.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit / debit card but only through PayPal.
Please pay within 3 days of ordering.
Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within one working day (Monday - Friday).
We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
Our preferred delivery method is via National Post Service or courier. We offer many ways of postage however we recommend all items should be signed for, so they can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, "the seller", and you "the customer". A receipt is obtained for all items sent recorded or non-recorded, and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or courier, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
RETURNS
Please open a return request for the item in your Ebay account. We advise that returns are sent with a postal service that requires a signature on delivery as we will not accept liability for returned goods lost in the post.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including postage and packaging.
All customers have a right to change their mind and return a product. This must be done within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returned items must be unused with all original packaging and in a resalable condition. The cost of returning the item(s) to Direct Weld is the customers responsibility.
