Description

• A remanufactured and improved torque converter is included with every transmission.
• To eliminate the possibility of front seal leaks, vibration, and premature bushing wear, all torque converters are tested for leaks, lock-up, concentricity, and balance.
• Every fully remanufactured valve body, with complete system correction and re-calibration kit, is tested independently.
• All wear-prone valves are restored to stringent specifications and vacuum tested to confirm proper function.
• Each remanufactured transmission is hot, cold, load, and simulated road tested using our proprietary CARS (Computer-Aided Road Simulation) dynamometer program.

Tech Updates
• Complete system correction and recalibration kit installed to address several OE flaws. Modifications include updates to servos, the PR system, and valve body accumulators.
• Oversize PR valves utilized to restore hydraulic integrity.
• TCC control valve, TCC regulator valve, and Actuator Feed Valve updated to address common wear problems.
• 1-2 Accumulator Pistons, upgraded to aluminum, replace the OE plastic pistons that can cause premature clutch failure.

• High Energy 2-4 band installed to increase durability over the OE design.

• All-new custom-spec bushings to improve internal fluid flow control and pressures.
• Every transmission is cold-and hot-tested using a proprietary dynamometer testing program that includes fully synthetic automatic transmission fluid and a filtration system.

REBUILD
To recondition by cleaning, inspecting and replacing severely worn or broken parts. Serviceable parts are reused within the manufacturer’s acceptable wear limits.
RE-MANUFACTURE
To make as close to new as possible. Wearable parts are automatically replaced. All core materials are closely inspected and checked against original equipment specifications for correct dimensional tolerances. Replacement parts are new and made in the same production process as original equipment. Testing is performed to manufactured specifications and original production standards.
