    is vintage approx. 1992  open box so I could not find UPC code.  Pat.No. 3,040,902
    open box - slight mottling of chrome on edges. No screws or tools required. Instructions on box for cutting 1" or 15/16" Outside Diameter  Rod. I use hollow chrome pipe
