The sleeves are zipper on and off. This brand is a custom leather shop from Australia and used nothing but the finest leathers and exotic skins in the world.
    This outlaw style vest is very short and does run small. Received it as a gift for Christmas and did not take very well measurements  because it was custom made no exchanges.
