A shower curtain rod that can be used for hanging dumbbells
In the past, when installing old-fashioned shower curtain rods, I needed to use an electric drill to make holes in the wall so I could insert a locked shower curtain frame. Installation Steps
Step 1: Adjust the rod length which fits your space best.
Step 2: Hold the rod with both hands and push the rod out horizontally and then rotate the rod until it is 1 or 2 inches longer than the opening (depending on the size).
Step 3: Pull the extending part back to create tension and adjust the rod to the appropriate horizontal position.
