Presented is a vintage brooch by Panetta.
It is made of metal with a gleaming platinum finish.
It has a ribbon circle design which is studded with small clear rhinestones & decorated with 3 separate sections of “invisibly set” sapphire colored rhinestone baguettes.
It’s a beauty and looks like the real thing!
